Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - Laws on tax amnesty and just restitution will be on agenda of the Montenegrin parliament next Tuesday. Under the law on tax amnesty, individuals and companies would not be sued by courts if they fulfil their tax liabilities within three months of the law taking effect.
