Council for privatisation of the Government of Montenegro granted yesterday the licence for foundation and management of privatisation fund BIF to the company Balkan Investment Management. The seventh privatisation fund that was given the working licence from the Council for privatisation was founded by Balkan Investment Bank AD from Banjaluka, Republic of Srpska. The Council also discussed the request of the Holding Company Steelworks from Niksic for beginning of the privatisation process. The Commission for tenders was given the task to prepare public tender for sale of the shares of the Steelworks. The Council also accepted the request of hotel-tourist company “Berane” from Berane for sale of the hotel “Komovi” in Andrijevica. The sale is to be realized by the Commission for tenders, in line with the regulation on the sale of shares and property through public tender.
