Commission for valuable papers approved of the leaflet for public offer of the second emission of shares of "Jugobanka" worth 1.5 million DEM and announced that the sixth emission of the shares of "Ekos banka" was completely sold. As it was stated, the Commission registered the emission of shares of "Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka" in shares# capital, on the basis of the debt of 1 million DEM of the company DEG from Cologne, Germany. "Montenegroexpress" from Budva also converted a part of the debt into a shares# capital worth about 3 million DEM. "CG broker " would, because of the sale to present shareholders, emit shares worth about 150,000 DEM. It was decided to accept the contract on the licence of the software of the stock market in Ljubljana for transactions of credentials, by which the Commission would receive the licences that Slovenia donated to Montenegro through Stability Pact for south-eastern Europe. The Commission also passed the program of activities for the next year, by which it would perform all activities stated in the Laws on valuable papers of Montenegro, Statute and regulations of the Commission, as well as international standards in that field. It was also decided to support further development of financial market, and particularly the market of capital, as well as providing of the legal security in transactions with credentials. The commission would provide full legality of activities of legal subjects to which it granted working licences and prevent any speculative activities, states the Commission for valuable papers.
