Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - Management of the Podgorica Aluminium Plant (KAP) rejected on Wednesday as potentially damaging to KAP the setting up of a parliamentary committee to investigate KAP#s management agreement with Swiss company Glencore. KAP said it had no reason to hide facts and was ready to present all agreements to the deputies but that forming a committee would affect credit purchases of equipment and raw materials abroad. The management also said its position had worsened in negotiations on rescheduling of a debt and modernisation of the factory. "We could even expect braking of a debt rescheduling agreement signed in April last year," KAP said in a statement.
