The meeting of the Board of directors of the Association of Banks, scheduled for noon, has been postponed because of the meeting of representatives of the European Bank for reconstruction and development and the Central Bank of Montenegro. Implementation of the decision on obligatory reserve at the Central Bank should have been discussed at that meeting, as well as the current process of conversion of European currencies into Euro, issuing of licences and liquidation of Montenegrin and bankruptcy of Serbian banks.
