Podgorica, (Montena-business) – The property of Kosuta, an ex-factory from Cetinje, was rented to the company MGPL LTD from Cetinje, it was reported by Union of Independent Syndicate of Montenegro, who intermediated in making the agreement. The Agreement of renting between MGPL LTD and Montenegro Modern Shoes, a company founded after the liquidation of Kosuta, created working conditions for the new company and finally brought the old company to an end. MGPL LTD obliged to employ and put on trainee a certain number of Kosuta’s employees, and to get new machines for shoes production, it is written in the report. af/bd
