Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Centre for Transition (CT) will organise permanent monitoring of the management practices in a certain number of Montenegrin enterprises privatised under the mass voucher privatisation. The aim of the project is to gather data on corporate management practices, particularly on the protection of rights of minority shareholders, since majority shareholders frequently try to persuade small shareholders to sell their shares at unreasonably low prices.
