Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – Montenegro will receive from the European Union#s Association for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilisation (CARDS) 45 million euros in donations in the next three years, the association said. Most of the funds will finance public sector reforms and social needs, around 6.5 million will be spent on economic aid and the development of agriculture, while 6.0 million will be spent on social and administrative assistance. Around 5.7 million will be spent on environment, 4.7 million euros on road infrastructure and 4.6 million on the power sector. Three million each will be spent on improvement of human rights, and more efficient customs and tax systems. Two million euros will go for educational reforms, and one million will be shared by the civil sector and NGOs.
