Podgorica, (Montena-business) – The new general director of Crnagoraput Company, Mr Savo Paraca thinks that the state should assist in solving the company’s problems. Mr Paraca started to run this company two days ago.
“After the company’s Administrative Board elected me to this function on Wednesday, I started to analyse the situation in the company and to consider possible solutions for reviving Crnagoraput, said Mr Paraca to Montena-business.
According to the new general director of Crnagoraput, the company offers specific services and it can count on the state’s help in solving its problems.
“The Crnagoraput was transformed into a joint-stock company, but it offers important services to the State so it would support the company. At the moment, the most important thing is to fulfil obligations towards the workers, since they have recently stopped their strike” said Mr Paraca.
He told that it was unserious and too early to give estimations on possible overcoming of the crisis in the company, adding that obligations of the state and companies were relative.
“We are talking about big and complex company that employs about 1,000 people” said the new director, adding that he was yet to be informed better of the situation in the company.
“The situation in all companies is difficult, and I am not afraid of work. Everything will be better for Crnagoraput, but it would take some time. One shouldn’t expect miracles overnight. There are some jobs for us that will be financed by EU, and it will help the company’s recovery” claims Mr Paraca.
