Mr. Bulatovic Amused With Accusations from The Ministry of Education
Podgorica, (Montena-business) - President of the Trade Union of education employees, Mr. Svetozar Bulatovic, states that there is no need to issue a denial on the statement of the employee of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Radan Nikolic, who has accused Mr. Bulatovic of "planned manipulation and cause of detriment for employees in education". Former president of the Union of employees in secondary education, Mr. Radan Nikolic, accused Mr. Bulatovic today, in an open letter published in daily Dan, of improper spending of funds of employees in education and for not respecting the Collective Contract. He concluded that such behaviour of Mr. Bulatovic caused the general strike of employees in educational institutions. Mr. Bulatovic told Montena-business that he was amused by any accusation that came from the Ministry of Education. "There is no need to deny Mr. Nikolic and to justify myself. I don#t know about what improper spending of funds and what withholding of educational workers#s due he spoke of. It is a shame that a representative of the Ministry of Education, where Mr. Nikolic works, requests the resignation of the president of the Union," said Mr. Bulatovic. He added that such behaviour of Mr. Nikolic was an intrusion into the autonomy of the Union as an independent organisation. "Those who elected me the president of Educational Union will decide on my resignation. According to the Statute, that right belongs to the educational workers and to the members of the Union" claims Mr. Bulatovic. af/km
