Institute in charge of highways construction will finish national program on construction of those roads in Montenegro till November. It is to be passed by Montenegrin parliament after discussion, has been decided by Montenegrin Government today. After today#s session when the program of work of this institute has been discussed about, Minster of maritime and traffic Jusuf Kalamperovic has said that the Government concluded that the latest raise of prices of naphtha and its derivatives was justified. HE said that the Institute was financed through those increases of prices of Diesel fuel, so it is already certain that Montenegro will be able to solely finance construction of tunnel Sozina that proceeds according to the plan. The Institute will be engaged even in the construction of roundabout road around Podgorica after finishing ideological projects and studies on justification of this road", said Kalamperovic. Its employees will prepare complete tender documentation for bridge Verige in Bokokotorski bay so that the international competition for assigning the concession in this work could be announced. Kalamperovic explained that those activities should provide conditions for obtaining the international credits that would intensify construction of new and modern Montenegrin highways.
