Private caterers and goldsmiths from Herceg Novi did not continue the strike they began yesterday and they decided to continue dialogue with the Directorate for public income. Representatives of the Independent association of private caterers said at today’s press conference that at yesterday’s meeting with the director of Directorate for public income Predrag Markovic it was decided to continue the dialogue on Thursday or Friday in Budva. Caterers announced that if compromised solution was not made and introduction of tax cash registers postponed, the strike and closing of their establishments would be continued. President of the Executive Board of the Association, Slobodan Kruso said that the meeting in Directorate was constructive, that Markovic expressed readiness to postpone new taxation system. He said that Directorate also agreed to withdraw reports submitted for not using tax cash registers, in order to reach compromise.
