As Montena-business is informed, new security exchange of Montenegro (NEX Montenegro) was founded on Thursday, September 30. Founders of the exchange are Monte Adria broker AD, CG broker, Holder broker, Business association of brokers of Montenegro, Management of the company KD Mont and Atlas Mont, Atlas banka and Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka. The total foundation capital is 340,000 DEM or 340 shares, of which 130,000 was invested by Business association of brokers and other companies 30,000 DEM each. According to the foundation contract of NEX Montenegro, the realized profit would be used for development of exchange activities. Mladen Bojanic was elected for acting general manager. Commission for valuable papers should officially register this new stock exchange until the end of this week.
