Belgrade (MINA-BUSINESS) – The new agreement on reshaping relations between Serbia and Montenegro has not affected customs clearance procedures, director of the Yugoslav Customs Office Vladan Begovic told Glas Javnosti daily. In practice, however, there is no longer double customs clearance of imported goods. Goods destined for Serbia, which arrive through the Montenegrin Port of Bar, are no longer submitted to customs clearance in Montenegro but travel to the administrative border between the two republics, where the Serbian customs offices take the goods over for clearance.
