Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – Citizens who do business with off-shore banks, which have got no licence from the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG), are exposed to a great degree of risk, the central bank said on Thursday. The central bank said it had issued licences to Crnogorska Komercijalna banka, Euromarket, Hipotekarna, Podgoricka, Ekos, Niksicka, Pljevaljska, Atlasmont and Opportunity banks. "Only these banks can provide banking services and deal with domestic corporate and private clients, because they are being constantly supervised by the CBCG in order to protect the interests of depositors and creditors as much as possible," it said.
