Appearances in court in dispute of firm #Jugooceanija# from Kotor and the employed in the firm, on which Commerical court from Podgorica should decide on destiny of ships #Novi# and #Orjen# have been postponed today for April due to need for a complete insight into the requests of the others demanders. Vice president of trade union of the employed in maritime shipping and transport Tomislav Markolovic said it was necessary to thoroughly consider the requests of the parties that involved into dispute on the unfulfilled obligations of Jugooceanija on the last appearance in court held on 4 March. "Even the Adriatic shipyard got involved into dispute on #Orjen# and the main appearance in court has been scheduled for 2 April while the dispute is to continue on 17 April. Credite lione bank from Monaco has mortgage over the #Orjen#" said Markolovic fro Mina-business. The Court should decided on whether #Orjen# and #Novi#, seized by a branch trade union on demand of their crews, would be sold on the auction or the company would in some other way pay half million USD to workers on the account of their salaries.
