Commission for valuable papers stated today that 377 sale contracts were singed on Montenegroberza (Montenegrin stock market) for the first six months of this year, of which 374 transactions worth 4.36 million DEM were sale of stocks. Three transactions worth 2.8 million DEM were sale of debentures of the Republic of Montenegro. It was concluded that the ambient for business activities of Montenegroberza were much better than last year, but it still did not enable positive financial result of the institution. The Commission also approved of the leaflet for public offer of the Fourth emission of shares of “Pljevaljska banka AD” from Pljevlja, worth 3.5 million DEM. The Central Depositary Agency began registration of valuable papers and memberships for emitter companies. In relation with this procedure, the Commission concluded that it was necessary to intensify the process of registration of valuable papers and finish it as soon as possible. The Commission also approved of brochure for public offer of the Fourth emission of Montengro osiguranje AD from Podgorica worth 2.98 million DEM. The Commission registered emission of shares of emitters of Montenegro-express AD from Budva, emitted on the basis of transforming the debt on the basis of outstanding debts of Futura Import-Export Ltd. British Virgin Islands, Lugano Switzerland in shares’ capital worth 1.99 million DEM.
