Tivat (MINA-BUSINESS) – The shipyard Sava Kovacevic in Tivat, specialised in overhauling ships, has begun works on a combined passenger-cargo ship Regina Elena and another foreign vessel was expected to arrive for overhaul works soon. The Regina Elena ship, 88.5 metres long, has idled for several years and its owner hopes to regain the shipping licence soon after the works are completed.
