Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - A Panama company IC Foundation has said it would be interested to buy Elastik solar collectors enterprise from Podgorica, director of the company Ognjen Scepanovic told Mina-business. The Tender Commission of the Privatisation Council decided on Monday to offer for sale shares of the Elastik solar collectors via batch sale tender and buyers will be able to purchase 39.99 percent of the capital with a right to gain a controlling stake through recapitalisation, only after meeting a business plan. The tender is expected to be launched on Thursday. The IC Foundation was set up in 1995 by a group of Russian Orthodox Churches, not based in Russia, and is active in financing humanitarian projects. The IC Foundation#s web-site published on Tuesday that the company is an owner of the BTI bank in Montenegro, together with which they invest, finance and support social and economic development.
