Last year Port of Kotor registered less of freighters comparing to 2000 while passenger ships sailed more often into the port, was announced from this firm. "Port of Kotor received last year 33 freighters less then in former comparative period. This result is expected since the year 200 as characteristic for outstanding progress in construction and need for construction material reloaded in port of Kotor", said Director of the firm Mladen Lucic. He said that ten big passenger ships sailed into the port of Kotor during last year and yacht "Harmony J" docked for five times with about 5000 foreign guests. "During last year Port of Kotor was visited by 267 yachts and it is not very much taking into consideration infrastructure of the Port. We expect more yachts to visit port this year", said Lucic.
