The Customs Administration of Montenegro would start tomorrow charging of deposit on excise goods in transit over the territory of Montenegro, which would be done in border crossings, as a part of Government’s measures for elimination of black economy. Customs Administration states that the deposit would be in line with established customs excise and tax tariffs, which would be paid if the goods were imported in Montenegro. The amount paid would be taken back through organisation units of the General Clearing House after the goods leaves the territory of Montenegro.
