Operative group for the process of mass voucher privatization is to create the list of information on 225 companies that would participate in the MVP process.
Milka Lukic, expert of the Price Waterhouse Coopers said that the list, as a legal obligation, would be divided in two parts and citizens would be able to take a look at it on boards in General Clearing House offices, local communities and post offices.
“On the first list, beside the name, address and register number of the company would be the code and name of the business activity, total capital, capital for MVP, number of shares, nominated value of the shares and number of employees, their capital, long-term and short-term credits and debits, and realty,” said Lukic at today’s press conference.
She said that on the second, wider list, the shares offered for vouchers would be presented, basic business activities, products and services, equipment and realty.
“Beside these information, there would also be the structure of shareholders on December 31, 2000, number of employees and income realized by sale for the last three years. The information on balance and success would also be presented for the same period as well as due credit payments that have not been realized,” said Lukic.
She said that all information would be in the one book of companies which would be printed in limited number of copies and it would be sent to companies, banks, local communities and post offices.
Lukic added that there would surely be some errors in the information bases, because the record keeping in Montenegro was not at its best, and added that those who had signed the book would be responsible for all imprecision.
She also announced the printing of another form that would contain information on mortgages and other obligations of companies.
