Seminar on the theme “Institutional support to development of small and medium enterprises” began yesterday in Podgorica and it will last till tomorrow. The main purpose of the seminar is to inform the employees of state institutions involved in support of development of small and medium enterprises with experiences of other states. Organizers of the seminar are the Agency for development of small and medium enterprises, Republic organization for employment and Fund for development. The lecturer is Alberto Barchilon from the Israeli consulting company ABX, which was the consulting company to Argentinean, Brazilian, Estonian and Latvian government in the field of institutional support to development of small and medium enterprises.
