Presentation of the beginning of construction of the first phase of Nautical - tourist centre (NTC), that is, marina, in Kotor would begin today at 2 p.m. by the city hospital, stated the Port of Kotor. The purpose of construction of the marina on this location, which would include the berths for yachts and establishments for their supply and servicing, as well as tourist, recreation, business and other services, is to offer services of good quality to nautical tourists in Montenegro. About 7 million DEM is to be invested in its construction and the worth of the first phase is estimated on more than 1.7 million DEM. NTC was founded as a limited liability company in 1995 by the Port of Kotor, Jugobanka, Fund for development, Public Institution #Morsko Dobro#, Centre for planning of urban development from Belgrade and companies #Kotor-projekt#, YU-BRIV and CEP, that have so far invested almost 600,000 DEM in realization of the project.
