Primary school for more than 1,000 pupils next year
Podgorica,(Montena-business)-The contract on construction of a Primary School in the suburb of Podgorica called Zlatica, worth of Euro 2,25 million, was signed by the representatives of the EAR and the Integral Engineering from Banja Luka, the company that is responsible for construction works. The work’s value is Euroo 2,25 million, tax of Euro 224,000 is not included by the Government decision. According to Bosiljka Bozovic, the representative of Integral Engineering, the company already provided equipment in Montenegro, so that the preparations can start immediately. The School of 4,400 m2 should be built in twelve months, as the contract predicts. The Montenegrin Minister of Education, Predrag Ivanovic, was present at the meeting, and at that occasion he said that the Ministry had provided the location for construction of all necessary connections for communal infrastructure. Minister Ivanovic added that the Ministry would finance the works of technical control. ”The Primary School in Zlatica will reduce the crowds in Podgorica’s Schools, and it will have all contents for quality lectures in two shifts, and will comprise 1,400 pupils” claimed Ivanovic. The EAR announced that this year, it will provide Euro 750,000 for reconstruction of sports objects in the Gymnasium in Bijelo Polje and of the Primary School, Marko Miljanov. The school project predicts 17 general classrooms; five classrooms specialized for chemistry, biology, informatics and foreign languages, and a library and a sports hall of 600 m2. The school project includes terrains for basketball, volleyball and handball as well.
