Association of private economy Montenegro Business Market (MBM) with 85 member companies insisted that the program for elimination of black economy that the Government passed in 2001 should be unyieldingly implemented and in agreed dynamics, since any aberration could have irretrievable consequences on activities of companies that do legal business, published the daily "Vijesti". It has been concluded at the meeting of the Association that the main cause of black economy in Montenegro was illegal import of goods, unadjusted fiscal policy and monetary-credit discipline, as well as illegal employment. MBM would request strict implementation of regulations and repressive measures. It has also been concluded that a synchronized action of all competent subjects could return the black economy into legal framework and reduce it to an acceptable level, which has not been the case up to now.
