Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - A session of Montenegrin parliament#s privatisation commission in charge of supervising transparency of the privatisation process has been postponed for Tuesday. The commission is due to discuss a management contract between aluminium plant Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica (KAP) and the Swiss company Glencore. The agreement was signed in October 1998 after the government gave up the privatisation of KAP and chose the French Credit-Commercial Bank for a financial advisor. Opposition deputies have said the contract had inflicted damage on the Montenegrin power monopoly, Pljevlja mines and Jugopetrol, all of which service KAP.
