Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – Switzerland could stop granting donations to Montenegro if the Zurich based company Intermercur AG fails to collect its debt from Radoje Dakic holding, legal representative of the Swiss company Velibor Markovic said. He said the first deputy of the Swiss ambassador to Yugoslavia, Jean Daniel Ruch, during his visit to chairmen of courts in Podgorica, openly said that Switzerland was "seriously considering a continuation of donations to Montenegro, which were likely to be halted if the debt dispute was not settled". The total debt to Intermercur amounts to 350,000 euros. The principle of the debt is 210,000 euros and accumulated interest 140,000 euros. The interest has been calculated at 12.0 percent a year since 1997. Markovic said he would on Monday file a lawsuit against director of Hipotekarna banka Slavko Drljevic and former general manager of Radoje Dakic Radomir Vukasojevic for abusing their powers and cheating on creditors. Markovic said that in February Radoje Dakic received a 2.0 million dollar payment from which the debt to Intermercur could have been repaid.
