Commercial court of Podgorica registered approximately three thousand commercial associations last year and it is 14% of total number of firms that have obtained work license in Montenegro. According to data of Commercial court approximately 60% of the registered firms are stock companies and limited liability companies while the others are partnership. This institution put into receivership ten firms in which the state is a major proprietor. Some of these firms are "Vukman Krusic" from Mojkovac, "Sloga" from Pljevlja, stock company "Grazing" and "Masinopromet". It has been announced that the Court resolved about 1,2 thousand of bankruptcy and 146 liquidation proceedings during last year.
