Management of the Hotel-Tourist Organization #Budvanska Rivijera# and president of the Board of directors of this company, Svetozar Marovic, promised yesterday that 150 - 180 flats in Rozino would be finished and distributed to workers only published the "Vijesti". "Board of directors and management, with assistance from the Government, have done their utmost to enable the workers on the rank list to get the flats under the most favourable conditions of long-term credit," said Svetozar Marovic. Director of the company, Ivo Amrenko, confirmed that he agreed with the workers who had protested in December, that the company would provide credits and payment on 20 years, with interest rate of eight percents and grace period until completion of the construction. "No one outside the rank list would get the flat," said Armenko, who, together with Marovic, refused the accusations of workers that the management would deceive the employees and sell them the flats under previous, less favourable conditions.
