Employees of company "Jugooceanija" from Kotor that initiated the court proceedings against their company because of due wages, would request the trial, that has been adjourned till tomorrow, closed on the same day. Legal representative of workers of "Jugooceanija", Branislav Ivosevic, said that ships "Novi" and "Orjen" would be sold at the auction after decision of the Business Court from Podgorica, and added that he would request the closing of the case tomorrow. At the previous meeting on March 4, the Adriatic Shipyard from Bijela requested payment of more than 3 million USD for overhauls of ships of "Jugooceanija". Ivosevic said that this request could have "some influence" on the case, but he did not state how, he just said that the most important thing would be to close the case tomorrow. After possible favourable decision of the Court, employees of the company would receive about 1.85 million USD for their wages.
