Kotor, (Montena-business)- More than 3,000 employees from Kotor get salaries with an average delay of half a year, said the president of the municipal syndicate organisation Zoran Brguljan.
The municipal syndicate organization recently concluded that the material status of Kotor’s workers was very bad.
Brguljan said that there were about 2,500 unemployed citizens, while 300 workers were at forced holidays or had demands of 24 salaries. About 150 employees applied for acceptance of full working years.
”The situation is worst in the Eksportbilje Company, Bokakomerc from Radanovici, the publishing company Andrija Paltasic, the Industrija lezaja, JKP Company and in Jugooceanija” said Brguljan.
Brguljan said that the workers of Eksportbilje, Bokakomerc and publishing company Andrija Paltasic haven’t gotten their salaries for more than twelve months. The last salary the employees in the Industrija lezaja got was for March, and in JKP Company the salaries were not given for several months.
”The situation is hard, especially in Jugooceanija Company, which owes US$ 2,2 million to it’s workers” said Brguljan.
