Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - The payment of the second part or 40 percent of February pensions to Montenegrin pensioners will start on Saturday, the Pension and Disability Fund (PIO) said. The average pension is 104.23 euros and PIO secured 4.3 million euros for the entire payment.
