The First Instance Court in Podgorica scheduled the second judicial sale of the Central building of "Radoje Dakic" for tomorrow at nine a.m. The first estimated cost of the Central was 330,000 EUR. At the previous sale on February 8, there were no interested buyers and tomorrow the price of the building would be ten percents lower, that is, about 300,000 EUR. On January 3, the First Instance Court made the decision on sale of property of "Radoje Dakic" because of the debt of more than 350,000 EUR to the Zurich company Intermercur AG because of undelivered machines. The principal amount is 311,000 Swiss Franks that is about 210,000 EUR and due to annual interest rate of 12 percents, the sum has almost been doubled. On January 9, Intermercur AG also requested the sale of offices of "Radoje Dakic" in Belgrade as well, in order to collect the rest of the debt.
