Part of outdoor market in Podgorica, on Tuski put, where clothes, tools, and toys were mostly sold, was closed today because of the protest of sellers against announced measures for elimination of black economy. The sellers protested early this morning in front of the building of the Republic Parliament requesting to be explained how to survive after latest tax duties. Some sellers from kiosks on the market joined them and closed their kiosks. On some kiosks the notes “For sale” with a phone number could be seen. The sellers state that the new measures would force them to increase their prices for 25% and they claim that they would not be able to purchase the goods any more.
