Three-day seminar for investment managers and brokers would begin today at the hotel "Albatros" in Ulcinj, announced the Council for privatisation. On April 1, the trainees would have the exam for licences of investment managers and brokers that have already been allotted to 130 Montenegrins. The Council claims that the licence enables work in financial market, privatisation funds, banks and portfolio analysis. The seminar is organized by Council for privatisation of the Government of Montenegro, and American Agency for International Development USAID.
