Budva (MINA-BUSINESS) – Employers at the Montenegrin ministries and representatives of budget beneficiaries have completed a training organised by the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, the United States Treasury and the European Reconstruction Agency on more efficient planning and execution of the Montenegrin budget.
