Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – The expert coordination body (SKT) in charge of supervising the mass voucher privatisation said on Thursday that shareholders, who cannot trade their shares obtained in enterprises during the mass voucher privatisation, can file law suits against these enterprises for not having registered themselves yet with the Central Depository Agency (CDA) and the Securities Commission. SKT said that 85 percent or 188 enterprises privatised in the mass voucher privatisation have so far scheduled shareholders meetings for May. The meetings will be late in 21 enterprises.
