Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Tender Commission of the Privatisation Council decided on Monday to offer for sale shares of the Elastik solar collectors via batch sale tender, P.R.A. agency said. Buyers will be able to purchase 39.99 percent of the capital with a right to gain a controlling stake through recapitalisation, only after meeting a business plan. Bidders are expected to submit, among other things, the price, investment plans and the level of employment.
