If members of the local parliament of the municipality of Ulcinj pass the decision on alterations of the General construction plan for the area of Velika plaza (Long Beach) all conditions for beginning of the project of construction of hotel in Velika plaza by Slovak company "1.garantovana a.s." would be fulfilled, published the daily "Vijesti". The starting cost of the project is 42 million DEM and construction of three high-category hotels and two bungalow villagers of the total capacity of about 2,000 beds on the area of 11.5 hectares is planned. Representative of "1. garantovane a.s.", Andrej Kolar, said that the company would officially sign the agreement on construction of luxury hotel complex with the Government of Montenegro immediately after the decision on changes of the general construction plan were passed.
