Since the beginning of the second phase of the mass voucher privatization, 652 citizens transferred their voucher points on the members of their families. Milka Lukic, expert of the consulting company "Price Waterhouse Coopers" said that in that way 3 million voucher points were transferred. "In the course of one week 41 transaction was made onto privatization funds, that is, 10 on Atlas Mont - or 68,000 voucher points, and 31 on HLT, that is 192,000 points," said Lukic. She said that at yesterday#s meeting of the Council for privatization the activity of sales agents who should take over the voucher points from citizens was permitted and the funds they work in would authorize them as well as the coordinative organ for monitoring MVP. "In that way the process of transfer would be simpler for citizens, since they would not have to transfer their points by themselves, but the sales agents would do that instead of them," said Lukic. She said that the P.R.A. (Public Relations Agency) and expert coordination organ would control the marketing of privatization funds.
