Bar (MINA-BUSINESS) - The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare has not paid maternity leave benefits to women in Bar and Ulcinj since last June, while payments of other social benefits have been at least two months late. There are 240 beneficiaries waiting for the payments, which range between 45 and 90 euros depending on the number of family members.
