Podgorica, (Montena-business)- An efficient organisational structure and the creation of a modern informatics system for the Community of Municipalities (CM) are the main contents of the project called "Strengthening of management and operative capacities" which will be presented at today#s meeting of CM#s Management Board. This project will last for 9 months, and will be led by the Dutch association VNG International sponsored by the EAR, it was announced at a press conference held before the CM meeting. According to Regine de Dominicis, the program manager, the project will enable the continuation of Montenegrin society#s democratisation especially because it is harmonized with the outline of the Law on local self-government. As the president of CM Milorad Drljevic said, the program of Strengthening of management and operative capacities should create a better connection between the CM and all local self-governing units and also European countries. av /kd
