Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - Representatives of the Swiss embassy in Yugoslavia will meet on Thursday presidents of the Supreme Court and the Commercial Court in Podgorica, over a disputed debt payment to Intermercur AG by Radoje Dakic company from Podgorica. The total debt amounts to 350,000 euros. The new management of Radoje Dakic has asked Intermercur to write off of the entire interest and accept the repayment of 70 percent of the principle, but Intermercur#s legal representative Velibor Markovic said he expected his clients to turn down the offer. The principle of the debt is 210,000 euros and accumulated interest 140,000 euros. The interest has been calculated at 12.0 percent a year since 1997.
