Sale of cigarettes and alcohol beverages with excise stamps would not begin this week, as it was announced earlier, due to technical problems in printing of these stamps, stated sources close to Directorate of Public income for Montena-business. It is still unknown whether the stamps would be printed and when the marked goods would be placed on the market. Directorate of Public Income announced last week that cigarettes and alcohol drinks with excise or tax stamps would be placed on the market on August 25.
