Podgorica, (Montena-business)- For a year the Commission for Securities registered 220 emitters of securities in Montenegro, it was written in the announcement related to the first anniversary of this institution#s work. The prospects for public offer of the third shares# emission of the Montenegrin Commercial Bank were approved, worth of DEM 4 million, the tenth emission of the Hipotekarna Bank, worth of DEM 5 million, and the eight emission of the Beranska Bank worth of DEM 800,000. During this year there were 15 approved emissions of shares, worth above DEM 34 million, and evidenced 21 emissions of shares worth of DEM 36 million. By now, the Commission gave the working permission to the Central Depositary Agency, which does registration of securities, to the Montenegro Stock Exchange, the New Montenegrin Stock Exchange for Securities, the Monte Adria Broker AD, the Montenegro Broker AD, the Holder Broker AD and the Onyx Broker AD. In this period, it was approved to use the software provided by the USAID for registration of securities, and to use the software provided by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange for trade with securities. This software was given by Slovenia to Montenegro through the aid program in the Stability Pact for South-eastern Europe, it was written in the announcement.
