Last month, the lowest average wage was established in Rozaje, where it was 90 DEM. At the bottom of the list are also the municipality of Savnik with the average net wage of 114 DEM and municipality of Mojkovac with 115 DEM. According to the Institution for statistics, Podgorica has the highest average wage of 278 DEM. Low net wages were also established in Andrijevica and Zabljak – 116 DEM and in Ulcinj 117 DEM. Regardless of the fact that it is a tourist municipality, Budva had average net wage of 138 DEM, which is 2 DEM less than in the municipality of Bijelo Polje. Beside Podgorica, average net wages above 200 DEM were registered in Tivat – 230 DEM, Danilovgrad – 222 DEM, Bar – 214 DEM, Niksic – 204 DEM and Harceg Novi and Kotor with 202 DEM. Average net wage in Cetinje was 193 DEM, Pljevlja 189 DEM, Berane 179 DEM, Pluzine 175 DEM, Kolasin 132 DEM and Plav 133 DEM. The Institution for statistics states that these date varied from month to month, since in some municipalities average net wage could have great differences if only one plant did not pay wages to its workers.
