Beograd, (Montena-business) – The third round of negotiations between expert teams from Montenegro, Serbia and Yugoslavia about redefinition of relations in the federation has just started in Belgrade. The negotiations are about economy, the constitutional-legal system and foreign policy, with assistance of foreign experts. The Montenegrin expert team for economy issues will have as representatives the vice-president of the Privatisation Council and professor at the Economy faculty, dr. Veselin Vukotic, and in the Minister of Finance, Miroslav Ivanisevic. bd
