Podgorica, (Montena-business)-The Commission for Tender will today at 2 p.m. open received offers for batch sale tender, which were sent by interested buyers of ten Montenegrin companies. Three of those companies are tourist hotels. The batch sale tender, opened on 29 September, was closed yesterday. The offers should have been sent for AD Albatros from Ulcinj, Turist from Cetinje, Fjord, Gorica, Industrija Lezaja, Solana Bajo Sekulic, Jakic Corporation, HTP Mimoza, Korali and Primorje. At the same time the Dekor from Rozaje, Elastik Plastika, Elastic Solar Apparatus, Factory of Easy and Protection Confections, Imako, Izbor, Koni Confections, Polimka and Vunko were offered as well, but it was decided that the tender for these companies would be closed at 29 December. The batch sale tender refers the sale combining methods, so that the owner first buys a small share packet, and after he fulfils conditions from the contract, or the business plan, he gets the right to buy the rest of shares, or 51% of shares. kd / bd
