Broker#s firm will take 13 EUR from clients that sells stocks worth approximately 2,5 thousand EUR and the buyer will pay the same amount and it means that one transaction at stock market will totally coast at least 26 EUR. Business association of brokers of Montenegro has announced today that the citizens that decided to sell or buy the stocks at the stock market will have to pay 13 EUR 10 of which is brokers# provision and 3 EUR for services of Central depositing agency. Provision that brokers are to take for stocks worth over 2,5 thousand EUR will be 0,5% of their total value. "Stocks proprietors will pay 3 EUR to brokers for procedure of signing the contract on business cooperation and fulfilling of request on sale of stocks. After sending the client#s request to the stock market and after the transactions has been finished stocks proprietors should pay 10 EUR provision to a broker", was said in the announcement. Association has explained the procedure of stock-market trade emphasizing that the proprietor who wants to sell the stocks has to turn to a broker with his ID card and certificate on ownership over the stocks issued by the Central Depositing agency (CDA). After identification they would sign the contract on business cooperation and after consolations with brokers fulfill the request for stocks sale where they are supposed to put number and price on which they want to sell their stocks. After receiving the stocks sale request broker transfers the stocks form the account of the client to his own sub-account in CDA, sends certificate on request acceptance and after that stocks are ready for the market. After that broker electronically sends client#s request on stocks sale to the stock market and if there is already an offer for buying them on the same or higher price sale is automatically finished and the stocks proprietor concludes transactions in three days, he gets money on his gyro account opened in some of business banks.
